I work for the Systems group in Enterprise Infrastructure Services in the Division of Information Technology at Valdosta State University. My primary responsibility is to maintain the VSU website, both software and hardware. I provide support for the Adobe Contribute system that we use to manage the content as well as helping out with basic content questions.
As with all jobs, this isn’t my only hat. I also manage the Windows web servers that run the personal web sites for faculty, staff and students. In addition to all of that, I am also the go to guy when it comes to branding services at Valdosta State, at least web-based services. I also handle client support with the SunGard HE Luminis Portal that we use.
I live and work in Valdosta, Georgia, US – also known as the Azalea City. It’s a pleasant enough small town.
